Being a member of Palo Alto Design Group in Oct. 1995.Chen gained design executive and management experience in Palo and Flextronics International.Chen now is the Creative Director of Xcellent Product International.After finishing the one-year further design study in International Design Elite held by Munich, Germany and San Francisco, USA, Chen upgraded the product in traditional industry with his team.With his concept “Product VALUE Identity”,Chen assist enterprises in product reproducing, define the direction of product development, and extent the market value of the brand.

Q2: Can you send a sample before making a vast order?
A: We provide samples for our customers, for the sample we will charge the normal price and shipping charge will be paid by the customer. After placing the trail order we will return the sample charge.

Q3:Are the price negotiable?
Yes, we may consider discounts for multiple container load of mixed goods or bulk orders of individual products. Please contact with our sales and get the catalogue for your reference.

Q4: What is your minimum order quantity?
We have indicated the M0Q for each items in the price list. But we also can accept the sample and LCL order. If the quantity of single item can’ t reach the MOQ, the price should be sample price.
