ARICO design story
In the process of revisiting customers, new market needs were discovered. Through continuous attention to the development and changes of domestic office space and the collection of customer feedback, Goodtone found that there is a lack of a slim leather chair with a strong sense of design specifically for senior managers in the domestic market. In order to fill this market vacancy, Goodtone issued a cooperation invitation to the German designer Peter Horn who won the Red Dot Design Award and the IF Design Award, and the ARICO series came into being. Two, five revisions, the prototype is beginning to appear In the process of constant communication and discussion with designers, ARICO’s design plan is also repeatedly adjusted. The ARICO that you can see today is very different from the first version of ARICO. It is the best version after overthrowing and dozens of fine-tuning changes.
For the use scenarios of senior management offices or high-end conference rooms, Goodtone pays particular attention to the coordination of ARICO comfort and aesthetics, and has invested a lot of time and resources in detail processing.

Q1 : Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer located in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, with 10 years in manufacturing experience. We not only have a professional QC team & R&D team, but also cooperate with well-known foreign office chair designers, such as Peter Horn, Fuse Project and so on.
Q2: Can you send a sample before making a vast order?
A: We provide samples for our customers, for the sample we will charge the normal price and shipping charge will be paid by the customer. After placing the trail order we will return the sample charge.
Q3:Are the price negotiable?
Yes, we may consider discounts for multiple container load of mixed goods or bulk orders of individual products. Please contact with our sales and get the catalogue for your reference.
Q4: What is your minimum order quantity?
We have indicated the M0Q for each items in the price list. But we also can accept the sample and LCL order. If the quantity of single item can’ t reach the MOQ, the price should be sample price.
Q5: How much will the shipping charges be?
This will depends on the CBM of your shipment and the method of shipping. When inquired about shipping charges, we hope that you let us know the detailed information such as the codes and quantity, your favorable method of shipping (by air or by sea) and your designated port or airport. We will be grateful if you can spare us some minutes to help us since it will enable us to evaluate the cost based on the information provided.
Q6: What is your terms of payment?
A: We accept the payment of T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We accept your inspection of goods before
delivery, and we are also pleased to show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q7 : When do you ship the order?
A: Lead time for sample order: 10-15 days. Lead time for bulk order: 30-35 days. .

Q8 : Do you give warranty of your products?
A: We provide warranty for five years of our products including the Armrest, Gas Lift, Mechanism, Base & casters.
