The Production Process of Office Chair

Cut the leather, the workers cut the whole piece of leather into a suitable size with cutting tools according to the size required for production.

Sewing seat cover and seat back, the workers sew the fabric cut in the previous process with a sewing machine, trim the excess thread, and wait for the skin to be peeled off.

Sticky cotton, use special glue to stick the styling sponge, seat plate and back plate together.

Make the leather and board together, and use tools to install the sewn cloth cover with the seat panel and the back panel. Sometimes you need to use a binding tool. And then the installation parts are all screwed with electric screwdrivers to fix them.

For cleaning, wipe the leather chair with a special cleaner for leather, and use a spray gun for cloth chairs and mesh chairs to remove dust.

Packing, and finally put all the parts into the box and pack them together, waiting for delivery.
